Heels expected and encouraged for the full experience!You will sweat....Bring your favorite water.A mat is necessary for some for floor workout for glutes and core. We work the core, glutes, hamstrings, quads, upper and lower body isolations to ensure each area of our bodies gets some love. Wear workout friendly clothes that is sensual and comfortable for you!
